ob animal shelter
the oldbridge animal shelter needs many improvements. the shelter is good because of the dedication of the animal control officer and the volunteers. it needs to be made larger to create a separate area for the cats so they are not looking out a cage and seeing a dog barking at them, living in a cage is stressful the township of oldbridge must do something to make the shelter great.

I agree. The conditions at the shelter need to improve. Thanks to the extrodinary efforts of the animal control officer and the wonderful volunteers, the shelter is well taken care of. However it is too small and there isn't even a sign outside that identifies it as a No Kill Shelter! It simply says "kennel". Many of the residents of Old Bridge do not know we even have a shelter or where it is. The Township must take action and increase the shelter's visibilty. They need to increase funding and start caring for these homeless animals. We need to find good homes for these pets!
